Include Tag
The include tag provides for inserting the contents of a file into the HTML page at the location of the include token. The SSI+ include tag is fully recursive, each document inserted may itself contain further SSI+ insert tokens or any other SSI+ tokens.
virtual The virtual variable is used to specify a file path/name relative to the base directory of the HTTP server. The format is: 'virtual="'<filename>'"' where <filename>a file path/name relative to the base directory of the HTTP server.
file The file variable is used to specify a file path/name relative to the directory of the current document. The format is: 'file="'<filename>'"' where <filename>a file path/name relative to the directory of the current document. Example:
The following token on an HTML document inserts all text and SSI+ tokens from the file <html base directory>'SSI\INSERT.SHT'into the current document before transmission back to the client browser:

Usando o a tag pa cincluir javascript ficheiros externos tb deve dar.
Passei por uma loja (Worten) vi la um samsung 171s tao lindinho e bonitinho 
a sorrir pa mim

Podem-me dizer quais são as tags?
Não quero usar frames.
Não percebi muito bem como utilizar aquela tar do [PT]CableGuy.

o q eu disse n eram bem bem bem frames eram mais iframes k é uma frame invisivel dentro do site q n se comporta como as frames normais, que costumam ter elevadores proprios e assim.
a iframes tmb podem ter elevadores próprios, mas à escolha do freguês, se quiseres digo-te um site via mp, e dps dizes-me onde estão as iframes, para ver se as consegues encontrar. As iframes até podemos escolher as dimensões e outras coisas.
o server side include é fácil
é só colocar essa cena no código, q o browser vai lá vai buscar o código da outrapagina.html

Obrigado, acabei de ir pelos iframe ... já não uso HTML a muito tempo, gosto muito muito muito mais de PHP, mas infelismente a página vai ter que ser feita em HTML
