Acer America had multimedia in mind when it designed its Aspire 2000 thin and light notebook. The system integrates several entertainment-enhancing features, such as a 15.4-inch panoramic WXGA LCD screen with a 16:10 wide-aspect viewing ratio, an ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 graphics chipset with 64MB of DDR VRAM, and the Aspire Arcade software, which lets you play movies and music, record and edit videos, and burn CD/DVD media. And that's just the multimedia: the 6.6-pound notebook also includes an Intel Pentium M processor, 512MB of DDR333 SDRAM (upgradeable to 2GB), up to a 60GB ATA/100 removable hard drive as well as a DVD-RW or CD-RW/DVD combo drive, and much more. Get the picture!
