Qual destas duas boards é que me aconselham?

Dessas escolheria a Asus, pelo fazer de fazer raid pelo southbridge.

Seja como for, não compraria nenhuma tendo em conta que por 90€ compras uma GA-EP45-DS3L (isto porque raid não faz parte dos meus planos).

Com P45 e ICH10R tens as P5Q e GA-EP45-DS3R, cujo peço ronda os 108€.

Concordo com o skyruner. Com pouco investimento já podes comprar uma mobo claramente melhor. Vamos lá ver algumas opções:
