Shipping and Handling
By orders value:

- between 501,00 - 1.000,00 EUR are charged flat rate 15 EUR for Major European Countries. (Estimated time for delivery 2-3 business days.)

- between 501,00 - 1.000,00 EUR are charged flat rate 15 EUR + 1 EUR/kg starting 6'th kilogram if package * is larger then 5 kg for USA and Canada. (Estimated time for delivery 3-5 business days.)

- between 501,00 - 1.000,00 EUR are charged flat rate 15 EUR + 1,5 EUR/kg starting 6'th kilogram if package * is larger then 5 kg for Asia, Australia and New Zealand. (Estimated time for delivery 5-7 business days.)

All other orders with value higher then 1.001,00 EUR no meter country of destination are free of charge for shipment or insurance ** (in limit of 49 kg, additional fees are 0,5 EUR/kg starting 50'th kilogram).

** insured against shock and any other factors that may damage the contents.
As example if manufacturer weight per sealed package is 1,5 kg then the shipped weight will be 2,0 kg due repacking in proper envelope/box.


Warranty

All products are brand new with manufacturer specification's and warranty certificate.
All products have minimum 1 year warranty world wide with genuine warranty certificate authorized for the nominated country of delivery.
All RMA incidents can be resolved at the nearest Agent/Dealer/Shop of the Manufacturer except Bose and Creative that we resolve any meter's regarding RMA.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
